I have been an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 1998.
During those years I have watched the roll of the personal trainer evolve to more of a consultant. With the continuing education classes in nutrition, weight loss, heart rate, and numerous others I realize my clients need, and want, to be educated on why they are doing something. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge to attain your ideal level of fitness and wellness. Along with exercise, the food we eat can be very empowering. The roll of good nutrition plays a part in not just weight control but also in building our immune system and fighting disease. Being the father of 3 girls, I realize how important exercise and proper nutrition is to grow a strong, healthy body. That knowledge is what I want to pass on to you.
